Prelia is a business law firm with offices in Québec, Montréal, Ottawa, Calgary, and Vancouver, plus international locations in Santiago, Paris, Stuttgart, and Milan. The firm works with mid-market businesses, entrepreneurs, and international organizations on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, employment and labour law, tax, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and cross-border transactions. Prelia is the new name for DS Lawyers, whose DS Group predecessor firms had operated for more than 30 years before the rebrand took effect on December 15, 2025. The name comes from the Latin word proelium, meaning battle.

Prelia's Ottawa office is at 123 Slater Street in the city's downtown core, where a bilingual team advises on litigation and corporate matters for clients in the National Capital Region, including commercial real estate, corporate governance, insolvency and restructuring, and estate administration and litigation. The office is home to seven lawyers, including managing partner Ryan Flewelling. In February 2026, Prelia added four lawyers to its Ottawa corporate practice: Christian Bidal, Vincent Martel, Tristan Laflèche, and Philippe Pilon.
