About Wendy

Wendy McLaughlin is Turning Point Law's estates coordinator, drafting probate applications. Originally from Australia, she has spent her adult life in Canada, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Canadian History and Political Science and an LL.B., both from the University of Calgary, graduating from law school in 2002. She subsequently ran a legal consulting business focused on environmental, Aboriginal, and administrative law and litigation management, with clients including the federal government and various environmental boards and tribunals in Alberta, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
