About Wayne
Wayne Barkauskas has practiced family law exclusively since 1992 and also works as a mediator, arbitrator, and parenting coordinator, one of relatively few lawyers in Alberta qualified in all three roles. He currently co-chairs the Alberta Family Lawyers Association and has previously chaired both the Canadian Bar Association's National Family Law Section and its Alberta Branch. He has advised federal and provincial governments on family law matters. He was appointed King's Counsel in 2020.
