About Jeffrey
Jeffrey D. Wise has practiced family law exclusively since 1988, with a primary focus on child custody disputes. He has extensive trial experience in the Court of King's Bench, the Provincial Court, and the Court of Appeal, and is a qualified mediator. He has served on multiple Canadian Bar Association committees, chaired the CBA's National Family Law Section from 2019 to 2020, and was President of the CBA Alberta Branch from 2011 to 2012. He was appointed King's Counsel in 2012.
