Vlad Popescu moved to Thunder Bay from Toronto in late 2012 and acts for plaintiffs in personal injury and civil litigation matters, including medical negligence claims and breach of contract disputes such as long-term disability denials and life insurance disputes. He is also retained in complex construction matters, including deficient construction claims, construction lien disputes, and negligent misrepresentation actions. Outside the office, Vlad is an avid sailor and sailboat racer.
