Viktor Hohlacov is a corporate and commercial lawyer in the Toronto office with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities and corporate governance. After earning his JD and MBA from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business, he articled with Norton Rose Fulbright in 2023 following a summer student role in 2022, and completed a secondment at the Royal Bank of Canada where he contributed to various business law matters including RBC's acquisition of HSBC Bank Canada.
