About Victoria

Victoria Petrenko is a lawyer at HHBG Lawyers practising employment and human rights law, assisting clients from contract negotiation through termination, including the enforceability of restrictive covenants and workplace harassment disputes. She has experience before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the BC Human Rights Tribunal, the BC Labour Relations Board, and in arbitrations under the federal Canada Labour Code and BC Labour Relations Code. Victoria completed her undergraduate and law degrees at the University of British Columbia (now the Peter A. Allard School of Law), serving as Editor-in-Chief (Administrative) of the UBC Law Review. She articled with a boutique employment law firm in Vancouver and practised there for three years before joining HHBG, and serves on the executive of the Canadian Bar Association's BC Employment Law Section.
