Malicki Sanchez is a family owned general law practice at Lakeshore Road East and Cawthra Road in Mississauga, Ontario. Stefan A. Malicki founded the firm in 1959, the same year Malicki finished law school at Osgoode Hall and was called to the Ontario bar. The path there was unusual: an Associate Judge of the Court of Appeal in Poznan, Poland from 1938, Malicki was mobilized as an officer when Germany invaded Poland in September 1939, escaped to Great Britain when the Soviets invaded weeks later, and served with the Second Polish Parachute Brigade in Scotland before emigrating to Canada in 1951.

The firm operated as Malicki & Malicki for decades before taking the Malicki Sanchez name in 2014, and it now works across three generations of the same family. Gibrian Malicki-Sanchez joined the practice in 2002, was called to the Ontario bar in 2014, and continues a line that runs through father Marek Malicki and grandfather Stefan Malicki. Marek Malicki has practiced law since 1973 and served as a Deputy Judge of the Small Claims Court in Ontario's Central West Region from 1984 to 2023. Malicki Sanchez handles business and corporate law, real estate, family law, wills and estates, landlord and tenant matters, and civil litigation, with services available in English, Spanish, Polish and Ukrainian.
