About Victoria

Victoria Giuliani is an associate at Kawaguchi Krajden LLP who was called to the bar in 2025. She is a graduate of the dual Juris Doctor program offered by the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, and she competed in the 2022 National Veterans Law Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C. Before law school, she worked as a legal assistant at a boutique personal injury firm and later supported in-house counsel at Desjardins Insurance, developing experience in civil litigation and insurance law with a focus on motor vehicle accident claims. She completed her articles at Kawaguchi Krajden LLP, working on insurance matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and in early 2026 she co-authored a paper on the changes to the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule that took effect on July 1, 2026.
