Ari Krajden

About Ari

Ari Krajden is a civil litigator and founding partner of Kawaguchi Krajden LLP. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2002 and spent most of his career as a partner at a litigation boutique before co-founding the firm. He has acted as lead counsel in trials before judges and juries across Ontario and was certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Civil Litigation in 2018, a designation held by fewer than one percent of Ontario lawyers. His practice covers personal injury, property, medical malpractice, insurance coverage and employment disputes for individuals, corporations and insurers. Krajden has also been recognized as a Lexpert Ranked Lawyer and included in the Best Lawyers in Canada list for personal injury and insurance law, and he now offers mediation services alongside his litigation practice.
