About John

John Allen is a partner at Allen & Malek LLP with a general practice focused on business law and estate planning. He was called to the Bar in 1991, clerked with the Ontario Superior Court, and later obtained his Masters and PhD in law from Osgoode Hall Law School while working full-time at the firm. He has also taught law at Queen's University, Toronto Metropolitan University, and Humber Polytechnic.
