About Varun

Varun is a lawyer at VRS Law, where his practice covers real estate transactions, wills and powers of attorney, and estate administration and probate. He completed a B.A. at McMaster University before earning his Bachelor of Laws at the University of New Brunswick's Ludlow Hall, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2012. His real estate work spans purchases, sales, and refinancing for first-time buyers, downsizers, lenders, and investors, and realtors and mortgage brokers often consult him on client matters. On the estates side, he drafts wills and powers of attorney and helps executors obtain a Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee and administer estates. He holds the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and belongs to the Waterloo Law Association.
