About Sarah

Sarah Harvey was called to the Manitoba bar in 2011 and the Ontario bar in 2014, bringing prior experience as a Crown Attorney to her criminal defence practice. She represents clients on charges under the Criminal Code, Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, and Youth Criminal Justice Act, with experience in both jury and non-jury trials. She was voted Best Criminal Lawyer in Waterloo Region by the community from 2019 through 2024.
