About Usman
Usman Ghani leads Ghani Law Corp, based in Vancouver's Yaletown neighbourhood. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and his law degree from the University of New Brunswick, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2000. His litigation practice covers medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, debt collection, injunctions, insolvency, real estate and construction disputes, product liability, class actions, estate litigation, and employment law. Before starting his own practice, he worked at a downtown Vancouver law firm on complex and precedent-setting lawsuits for individuals and corporations. Ghani is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Trial Lawyers of British Columbia, and the South Asian Bar Association of British Columbia, and he speaks English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi.
