Geoffrey Bird is a corporate commercial solicitor with more than 30 years of experience, previously a partner at a downtown Vancouver law firm. Bird's practice covers corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities, mining law, real estate, and wills and estates, including credit facilities, secured lending, regulatory compliance, and corporate restructurings. Before law school, Bird worked as a geologist and holds specialized knowledge of the British Columbia mining sector, and has served on multiple boards providing corporate governance advice to public and private companies.
