About Tyler

Tyler D'Angelo is a partner and co-head of the Real Estate Group at Goodmans. His work covers a broad range of real estate matters, including purchases, sales, financings, joint ventures, leases, and construction and development agreements. He acts for buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, and lenders and borrowers on transactions across Canada. D'Angelo also has considerable experience with the real estate components of both domestic and cross-border corporate deals, as well as portfolio transactions. He played men's varsity hockey at Queen's University and now mentors students and junior associates through the firm's student program. D'Angelo has been named in the 2024 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch guide for real estate law and has received recognition from The Legal 500 Canada, The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, and Lexpert's Special Edition on Infrastructure.
