About Trish

Trish Barrett is an associate in the Restructuring Group at Goodmans, developing her practice in corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on restructurings and related transactions. Before joining the firm, she worked as a Disaster Risk Management and Urban Development Specialist at the World Bank Group, advising government agencies in Latin America, the Eastern Caribbean and Haiti on disaster mitigation, urban development and housing policy. While at McGill, Trish co-directed the Compass Startup & Legal Clinic. She has been recognized as a Rising Star in restructuring and insolvency by IFLR1000 for several consecutive years and holds a BA with Honours from Mount Allison University.
