About Travis
Travis Bertrand practises in all areas of employment and labour law, including employment standards, wrongful dismissal, human rights, accommodation, workplace management, policy development, recruitment and labour relations. He acts on behalf of employers in workplace disputes and has represented clients at the Ontario Divisional Court, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, Ontario Labour Relations Board and Canada Industrial Relations Board. He joined the Toronto office as a summer student in 2017, articled in 2018-2019, and completed a secondment at a major Canadian financial institution.
