About Tracy

Tracy Peters has practiced family law for over 20 years, appearing before the court at both the trial and appeal levels since 2004. She holds Collaborative Law and Advanced Collaborative Law certificates, which support interest-based negotiation, and she received her King's Counsel designation in 2022 in recognition of her contributions to the profession and community. Her practice covers negotiated settlements as well as litigated matters, with a focus on parenting and financial security for families going through separation.
