About Todd

Todd Weisberg represents employers across the full range of employment and labour law matters, including wrongful dismissal litigation, employee discipline and termination, employment standards and human rights complaints, labour arbitration, workplace safety cases, and drafting employment policies and contracts. He has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including judicial reviews and appeals at the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal. Todd writes regularly on employment law topics for publications such as Canadian Lawyer In House Magazine, Workplace.ca, and the Federated Press. Before law, he ran his own construction business, which gives him a practical understanding of the challenges of managing a workforce. He earned his JD from Queen's University in 2011 and his BA (Hons) from the University of Western Ontario in 2008, and he was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.
