About Todd

Todd Anlauf has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, representing financial institutions in negotiating, structuring, and closing complex multi-property and multi-jurisdiction portfolio loans, along with leasehold financing deals. His work spans property types including multifamily housing, hotels, office buildings, industrial and retail space, medical facilities, golf courses, and marinas. He draws on an extensive network of mortgage bankers, title companies, and legal contacts across the country to move transactions to closing. Todd joined Cozen O'Connor's real estate practice from Moss & Barnett in 2026, and earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he served on the Hamline Law Review. He holds a B.S. in natural resources from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
