About Patrick

Patrick was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2017 and has distinguished himself as a subject matter expert in Canadian broadcasting law, having led the drafting and passage of Bill C-11, the Online Streaming Act. In 2022 he founded Law Smith to help industry stakeholders navigate the new regulatory environment, and he also maintains a civil litigation practice with a track record in real estate law before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
