About Timothy
Tim Duggan was called to the Law Society of Ontario in 2010, two years after earning his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School. As a partner at Levitt Di Lella Duggan & Chaplick LLP, he practises mainly in condominium law and litigation, residential tenancy matters, civil and commercial litigation, and appellate advocacy. He has appeared before the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Beyond courtroom work, Tim drafts and negotiates condominium by-laws, leases, and related agreements for clients. He has lectured for organizations including the Canadian Condominium Institute and taught the Registered Condominium Manager course at Humber College.
