About Timothy

Timothy Wedge is a partner and litigator specializing in the defence of professionals and institutions, with a practice covering health law, professional liability, construction, property damage, and insurance coverage. He values alternative dispute resolution and has extensive mediation experience, while remaining comfortable litigating in court. Wedge has appeared before the Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal in British Columbia, made written submissions to the Supreme Court of Canada, and appeared before the Human Rights Tribunal and Coroner's Court. He earned an H.B.A. from the University of Toronto (2005) and an LL.B. from the University of Saskatchewan (2009), was called to the British Columbia bar in 2010, and has been recognized by Best Lawyers Canada for Health Care Law in 2025 and 2026.
