About Jaskirat

Jaskirat Kaur Ratoul is an associate lawyer at South End Law focusing on immigration and family law. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Lloyd Law College and a Master of Business Law from Amity University in India, has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2015, and was called to the bar in Nova Scotia after obtaining her Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation. Before coming to Canada, she practised before the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India in family law, civil litigation, corporate law and dispute resolution, and she has more than five years of experience in Canadian immigration matters, including work on US immigration files with a US-based firm in Canada.
