About Tim

Tim Gilbert founded Gilbert's LLP in 2001 after ten years at other Toronto law firms. He acts as lead counsel in major intellectual property disputes and public interest litigation across pharmaceuticals, gaming, media, software, telecommunications, banking, and energy. He also represents Indigenous and First Nation clients on treaty rights and Crown consultation matters.
