About Tiffany

Tiffany Thomas is the founder of Maple Workplace Law, an employment law practice based in London, Ontario representing employees across the province, along with a small number of employers. She earned her JD from the University of Ottawa's Common Law Program in 2017 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2019. Before starting her own firm in 2025, she worked as in-house labour and employment counsel at the Toronto District School Board and then as an associate at SpringLaw, advising both employers and employees on unionized and non-unionized workplace matters. Her practice covers wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, severance review, workplace harassment and discrimination, accommodation, and employment contract review. She also advises a small number of startup and small business employers on contracts, policies and workplace investigations.
