About Tiffany

Tiffany Lasaleta is a Founding Partner at Tower LLP practicing primarily in civil litigation, with experience in construction law, bankruptcy, and contract disputes. She has appeared in Provincial Court and frequently appears before the Court of King's Bench, and successfully argued an appeal in Justice Chambers during her articles. Tiffany played a key role in Hunt v Riehl, 2024 ABCA 298, a precedent-setting Court of Appeal decision on setting aside a noting in default that is now relied upon in legal practice and education. She earned her J.D. from Bond University and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History of Religious Studies (Honours) from the University of Toronto, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2025.
