About Thomas
Thomas Davis leads Davis & Washburn Law LLP, which he formed in 2023 after previously operating as Thomas Davis Law. Originally from London, Ontario, he moved to the North Bay and Callander area in 2014. He earned a Bachelor of Arts with honours in classical studies from Queen's University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Western Ontario's law school, articling at a large regional firm in London before joining Valin Partners LLP in 2014. He served as a Naval Intelligence Officer in the Royal Canadian Naval Reserves for more than seven years and competed on the Queen's and Western varsity track and field teams, earning provincial and national rankings. His practice spans employment and labour law, civil litigation, construction law, real estate, wills and estates, municipal law, corporate law, and immigration law, and he has appeared at the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
