About Gregory
Gregory DuCharme was born and raised in Sudbury and graduated from St. Charles College in 1979. He studied mathematics at Western University before attending its law school, and completed the educational requirements for a CPA designation alongside his law studies, including the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants' three-year in-depth tax program. He spent six years with a national accounting firm, rising to tax manager, before turning to law full time. His practice focuses on taxation, including dispute resolution with the CRA and tax planning, along with bankruptcy, corporate law, and estate planning. He has served as president of the Nipissing Law Association, vice-chair of the Nipissing University Board of Governors, and on the boards of Health Sciences North and the Canadian Cancer Society's North Bay chapter, and was appointed to the Canada Revenue Agency's Appeals Advisory Committee in 2000.
