Terry-Joe Downer is dual-licensed as a lawyer in both Ontario and Jamaica. Downer holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the West Indies and a Legal Education Certificate from Norman Manley Law School, and was called to the Jamaican Bar in 2019 and the Ontario Bar in 2024. Downer's practice covers civil litigation, family law, real estate, and estate administration, including dispute resolution, court-related matters, real estate transaction steps, and support for executors navigating estate responsibilities. Outside of work, Downer volunteers in the community and enjoys travelling and watching sports.
