About Terry

Terry Rowe practices insurance, construction and litigation, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland from 1978 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick from 1982, the year of the call to the bar in Newfoundland and Labrador. Appointed Queen's Counsel in 2010, Rowe is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and served as a Bencher of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador from 2002 to 2010.
