About James

James O'Neill worked in the insurance industry before joining James H. Brown & Associates in 1998, gaining insight into insurers' practices that he now applies representing seriously injured clients, including those with quadriplegia, paraplegia and brain injury. He is a past Director of the Kinsmen Club of Edmonton, a past chair of the Canadian Paraplegic Association's golf tournament organizing committee, and a member of the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association. He has received Best Lawyers Canada Certificate recognition for 2021 through 2023.
