David Huculak worked as an insurance defence lawyer for a prominent Edmonton firm before joining James H. Brown & Associates in 1996, since devoting his practice exclusively to representing injured people. He has handled claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, assaults and product liability matters, including defective airbags and seatbelts, and has substantial experience with occupiers' liability cases. He has conducted trials in the Alberta Provincial Court, the Alberta Court of King's Bench and the Yukon Supreme Court, and has handled appeals in the Alberta and Yukon Courts of Appeal.
