About Terilynn

Terilynn is a partner in the Real Estate & Development and Commercial Leasing groups, with experience in commercial real estate, financing and leasing law. She has represented some of Ottawa's prominent land developers, landlords and tenants, including on co-ownership, limited partnership and joint venture agreements, as well as easements and master site agreements. She takes a team approach to transactions, working alongside other Soloway Wright lawyers. Terilynn earned her LLB from Dalhousie University in 1998 and was called to the bar in 2000. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the County of Carleton Law Association.
