About Tee

Tee Persad has spent his career helping individuals and businesses resolve personal, business, and societal problems. He began as a law clerk to judges in civil, criminal, bankruptcy, and family courts, working on hundreds of files and complex trials. Since relocating to Florida in 1995, his practice has covered complex business law, class action consumer protection cases (including as certified lead and co-class counsel), and complex family and domestic matters, representing clients in state and federal courts in Florida and other states, as well as territorial courts in the U.S. Virgin Islands. He also handles transactional work for businesses, including growth and development, mergers and acquisitions, risk analysis, negotiations, and real estate purchases and sales. As an arbitrator and mediator, he uses dispute resolution skills to help clients resolve conflicts outside of litigation.
