About Ted

Ted Panagiotoulias practises employment and labour law after nearly a decade in senior human resources leadership, including a role as Vice-President of Employee and Labour Relations. He advises on complex workplace investigations, culture reviews, and crisis situations in both unionized and non-unionized workplaces. He began his legal career at national law firms before moving into in-house HR management and later returning to legal practice. He graduated with distinction, as Silver Medalist, from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2013, and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto's Trinity College.
