About Tariq

Tariq Salloum is the principal lawyer at Salloum & Company, a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Thompson Rivers University. He focuses on criminal defence, including Charter rights challenges, contesting unlawful arrests, and bail matters involving drug offences and other serious charges, and he also advises on family law matters such as divorce, custody, and child support, along with real estate transactions. He has appeared before courts in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Ontario, including the Court of Appeal. He was raised in Edmonton with experience across northern Alberta, and he is a member of the Canadian Trial Lawyers Association and the Canadian Muslim Lawyers Association.
