About Tara

Tara R. Britnell, K.C. is Co-Chair of Hamilton Duncan's Estate and Trust Litigation department, assisting clients with complex estate and trust cases including undue influence and capacity claims, adult guardianship, and contested Will and trust matters. She is also regularly engaged as a mediator in estate and trust disputes, having obtained her mediation certificate at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. She has litigated at all levels of court and was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2020 in recognition of her contributions to the profession.
