About Tamara

Tamara Epple grew up on a dryland grain farm near Foremost, Alberta, before earning her JD from the University of Saskatchewan in 2001. She spent eight years practising in private firms with a focus on real estate, corporate and commercial law, wills and estates, and family law. She then spent four years as Director of Legal Services for the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, handling commercial and industrial real estate, planning and development law, procurement, intellectual property, contracts, and labour and employment law. She went on to serve as Legal Counsel at MacEwan University before founding Homestead Law in Sherwood Park, where she now provides personalized real estate, business, and wills and estates advice to her clients.
