About Harpreet

Harpreet Aulakh is an Associate Lawyer at Ark Law, practicing family law, civil litigation, real estate, corporate and commercial matters, and wills and estates. Harpreet earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta in 2014, a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge in 2020, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta in 2023. Harpreet was called to the Alberta Bar in September 2024 and began a legal career in labour law before expanding into a broader practice. Harpreet is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, including the North Women Lawyers' Forum executive team, and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. Harpreet is fluent in Punjabi.
