About Sylvain

Sylvain Beauchamp is a bilingual lawyer and partner with more than twenty-five years of experience, concentrating his practice in labour law for both unionized and non-unionized employees after previously working in the legal department of a major union central. He has practised internationally, including as senior legal advisor to the Claims Resolution Tribunal for dormant accounts in Switzerland and as a litigator at a major Geneva law firm, and regularly lectures and delivers training at Quebec universities. He holds an LL.B. from the Université de Sherbrooke (1997), a diploma from the École du Barreau (1998), and a master's (D.E.S.) and doctorate (Ph.D.) in international law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva.
