About Charles

Charles Moreau joined BML Avocats in 2013 as a law student, completed his law degree at the Université de Montréal, and articled at the firm before being called to the Barreau du Québec in 2016. He was named an associate of the firm effective January 1, 2022. His practice covers individual and collective labour law, including hiring and termination issues, severance negotiations, labour standards, and the interpretation and negotiation of collective agreements in the municipal and education sectors. He also handles civil litigation matters such as hidden defect disputes.
