About Susan
Susan Newell practises corporate, commercial and regulatory law within Osler's Health group. She advises hospitals, virtual care providers, wellness clinics, pharmacies and other health care organizations on a range of legal issues. Susan's work also touches on regulatory matters for drugs, natural health products, medical devices, cosmetics, cannabis and food, including licensing and advertising compliance. She frequently helps clients navigate dealings with Health Canada and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. Susan holds a law degree from the University of Toronto and is recognized among leading healthcare lawyers by Chambers Canada and Best Lawyers in Canada.
