About David

David Halliwill is the managing partner of Pearsall Marshall LLP, practising real estate, business, wills and estates, and municipal law. He began his career at a mid-sized Windsor firm before joining Pearsall, Marshall, Halliwill & Seaton LLP in 2015 and founding Halliwill Seguin LLP with partner Bart Seguin in 2019. He holds a Business Administration degree with honours from the University of Alabama-Huntsville and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Windsor's Odette School of Business (2004). He earned his law degree at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, where he received the Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP Award for the highest standing in corporate/commercial law and the McTague LLP Award for excellence in business law in 2009.
