Barton (Bart) Seguin is a partner at Pearsall Marshall LLP following its merger with his former firm, Halliwill Seguin LLP. He was called to the bar in 2002 and has practised in the Windsor-Essex area since, with a diverse commercial practice covering mergers and acquisitions, new business formation, corporate reorganizations, professional corporations, land use and development, commercial leasing and licensing, franchising, financing transactions, and wills and estate planning, alongside residential, multi-residential, commercial, and industrial real estate work. He is a past president of the Essex Law Association and the Windsor Estate Planning Council, and previously served as a director of the Windsor Essex Children's Aid Foundation.
