A partner in the firm's Toronto office and member of both the Financial Institutions & Services and Real Estate & Urban Development practice groups, Susan Rosen specializes in syndicated lending, banking, restructuring and enforcement, real estate, commercial leasing and environmental law. Her practice spans secured financings, commercial acquisition, disposition and financing transactions, construction financing, and commercial and retail leasing, serving individuals, corporations, REITs, financial institutions, credit unions, insurance companies and foreign investors. She is chair of the firm's Women's Professional Network for Toronto and sits on the national executive committee and the National Real Estate Practice executive.
