About Susan
Susan Clapp is an experienced solicitor focused on franchise law, commercial leasing, corporate and commercial law and business transactions. She advises landlords and national tenants on commercial leasing matters and routinely counsels franchisors and franchisees, including those operating in the cannabis industry. Susan earned her LLB with Distinction from the University of Alberta in 2004 and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 2005. She sits on Witten's Management Committee and is active with the Canadian Franchise Association, the American Bar Association's Forum on Franchising and the CBA's Business Law and Commercial Property & Leasing subsections. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling to new places.
