Stuart Wuttke has extensive experience in constitutional, Indigenous, and administrative law, advancing the legal and political interests of First Nations across Canada for over twenty years. He has represented First Nations before federal and provincial courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and advanced the First Nations child welfare compensation settlement, where he serves as chairperson of the Settlement Implementation Committee. He was called to the Bar of Manitoba in 1996 and Ontario in 2006. Stuart is a citizen of the Garden Hill First Nation.
