About Chris

Chris Albinati advocates exclusively for Indigenous clients and practises solely in Aboriginal law, primarily Aboriginal title and Treaty rights litigation. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and assisted with numerous appellate cases. He received his Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University in 2014, was called to the Bars of British Columbia and Ontario in 2015, and completed an LLM at Osgoode Hall Law School. He's working on a PhD dissertation at Osgoode.
